This typically complex and time-consuming administrative task is often drawn out by billing delays by third parties such as freight forwarders. Exhibit Resources provides valuable invoice tracking and reporting, as well as reconciliation against budgets. Exhibit Resources also handles invoice disputes on behalf of the client if needed, saving the client additional unexpected administrative time and cost.
Furthermore, consolidating all costs for each show onto a single Exhibit Resources invoice greatly reduces the administrative burden for our clients. Our clients use the invoices and reports we provide to quickly compare budgets to actual show costs, giving our clients a clear picture of the financial status of the effort. Exhibit Resources uses the tracked cost data from past show reports to prepare annual budget recommendations for our clients.
